The Roadrunners took flight, and I choose to believe in them. We dominated Lassen with a comfortable 0-4 victory at our home ground, leaving no room for worries. Unfortunately, we suffered a loss to the formidable Lake Tahoe team with a score of 1-2. In our third October match, we once again demonstrated our strength at home defeating Siskiyous 3-0 without breaking a sweat. In our fourth October game, we had the misfortune of being held to a late draw by Feather River.

In these first four games of October several players have demonstrated their quality. Starting with Lenny Dupouyet, who continues to be in great form, scoring 5 goals in 4 games. George Shaw also posted solid numbers, finding the net twice in these four matches. It’s equally important to highlight our entire defense because we only conceded 3 goals in these early October matches.

The future looks quite promising with our Roadrunners; if we keep this up, we can go far this season.

Good luck, guys!
