David Beckham wants to make history in the next season for Inter Miami and have success in the MLS. He is aware that for this he needs quality reinforcements to improve the team, and that is why the team president began his project by signing Lionel Messi. He was then joined by Sergio Busquets, and Jordi Alba was the latest to join the Inter Miami ship.

Despite these big-name and high-quality reinforcements, the players arrived very late and could not qualify the team for the MLS play-offs. However, they managed to be crowned champions of the Leagues Cup. But there is still the thorn of being able to qualify for the play-offs, since Inter, in their short and recent history, has never achieved it.

This is why David Beckham chose to bring “El Pistolero” Luis Suárez, a man who is married to the goal and knows very well with Messi, Busquets, and Jordi Alba, since he shared a dressing room with them for 6 years at Barcelona.

Luis Suárez is a great scorer that the Miami team was greatly missing. The Uruguayan managed to score 17 goals and give 11 assists in his last season in Gremio (Brazil), which are very good numbers for a 36-year-old player. Let’s hope they manage to qualify for next season’s play-offs!
