A Florida man named Robert Levine recently sold his house with use of ChatGPT within five days of listing it on the market, leading many to wonder to if this will be a continual trend, or will the real estate market see the development of AI, specifically for purpose of buying and selling real estate?
According to NBC Miami, Levine set out to use AI for the entire process in an effort to challenge himself. He further stated that he used the app for everything from planning to marketing.

“We repainted a couple rooms in the house because ChatGPT said that’s where you’re going to get the biggest return on investment.” Levine stated.
ChatGPT was more than capable of handling everything from designing market materials to listing the house on Multiple Listing Service, and even suggesting the best day for Robert to list the house.
Just five days after listing the house on the market and within only one day of the first open house, Levine had a contract drawn up and signed with help from ChatGPT.
Robert went on to acknowledge that every home sale is different, further stating that he does not believe AI will be able to adequately take the place of real estate agents for all sales.
With that being said, it still looks as though AI may begin intergrade itself into the landscape of real estate.
