Our Roadrunners are unstoppable. The women dominated Napa Valley 0-3 away from home but unfortunately against Lake Tahoe 2-0 in a very complicated game. The team came back strong from that defeat and beat Siskiyous at home by 8 goals to 0 in a huge victory. In the fourth game of October, Butte beat Feather River again, this time 3-0.

Choosing the best players from these first four games of October is quite complicated because all the players have performed at a high level. However, it is important to highlight the performances of Sadie Weber for scoring 4 goals, Amber Thorpe for scoring 2 goals against Siskiyous, and the most important thing is the performance of our defense because we only conceded 2 goals in these first four games of October.

Our Roadrunners are in excellent form and currently stand as one of the strongest teams in the tournament. We wish them all the best of luck.

Let’s go Butte!
