Welcome to the Course

Welcome to our 16-week online course designed to ignite your creativity and develop your skills in reading, writing, research, and project management through engaging, real-world projects. As you know, we have entered a new world where we co-exist with Ai technologies. Everything we have learned about writing and content creation is changing at an exponential rate. This class challenges you to explore this new world. 

Our online learning environment will look and feel different than many of your previous online classes. Instead of posting and replying to discussion posts, you will authentically collaborate on four projects. These projects will more than likely be different than previous group projects.  

Why projects? The project roles and scenarios in this class mirror real-life corporate environments where teamwork, role differentiation, and project management are crucial. In many companies, employees must collaborate online, manage tasks, research information, create designs, and ensure quality—all essential skills for professional success. Incorporating these elements into your curriculum provides students with practical experience and prepares them for future workplace challenges.
