Hi everyone! I’m Nicol, from Santiago, Chile. This is my first semester with the newspaper, and I’m super excited to be here. I’m majoring in Journalism because I love writing, learning what’s happening in the world, and sharing it with others. I’m passionate about informing people and listening to different perspectives. What I love the most about the Butte College newspaper is that it’s an independent space where everyone can express themselves freely and make their voice heard.
